Sekaya Labu

Assalam....
Ada sebiji labu saiz sedang yang dibeli beberapa hari lepas, masa beli ada yang tanya nak masak apa? tak tahu lagi nak buat apa, beli jer lagi pun labu boleh simpan lama dan harganya pun murah saja.  Kalau dah ada stok di rumah senang boleh capai terus untuk dibuat sayur ataupun buat dessert.  Saya teringat bapak saya bertanam labu dulu, buah dia besar-besar sampai ada yang saya tak boleh nak angkat (tenaga anak umur 10-12 tahun masa tu).  Jauh lebih besar jika banding saiz yang di jual di pasaraya tu, masa tu kalau dapat saiz macam dipasaraya tu kira dah saiz buah yang low grade dan tak dipandang dah masa tu.


Selalu bila buat pengat labu takde geng yang nak makan, buat cucur boleh tahan juga ada sambutan.  Tapi fikir nak buat lain sikit lah dan janji senang dan sedap, olah resepi katirisala tapi kali ini tak guna pulut kita tukar dengan labu.

Bahan-bahan
1/2 biji labu - buang kulit dan potong memanjang
1 ketul (+- 250gm) gula merah (kabung / aren) masak dengan sedikit air hingga hancur, sejukkan dan tapis sebelum guna.
6 biji telur
1 kotal kecil santan
1/2 tin susu cair
sedikit garam

Cara Penyediaannya
* Sediakan kukusan.  Bungkus penutup kukusan dengan kain untuk mengelakkan air wap menitik ke atas kuih.
* Susun buah labu yang telah di potong kedalam mangkuk / loyang.
* Campurkan telur, santan, air gula, garam dan susu cair.  Kacau hingga sebati atau blend sekejap.
* Tuang ke dalam mangkuk/loyang yang telah disusun dengan labu tadi.
*  Kukus hingga masak (mengeras), lebih kurang 30 minit mengikut saiz mangkuk/loyang yang digunakan.
*  Sejukkan terlebih dahulu sebelum dihidangkan.
* Jika suka makan sejuk, boleh simpan dalam peti sejuk terlebih dahulu.

Nampak gaya kena buat lagi sebab tak sempat nak share kat orang lain, habis makan sendiri saja.

  6. obviously like your website but you have to take a look at the
    spelling on several of your posts. Several of them are
    rife with spelling problems and I in finding it very troublesome
